Do you have your own idea for a student thesis? Please contact a research associate at SAM to discuss the possibilities for supervision.
Depending on the outcome of your thesis, we can enable you to present the results at a national or international conference or publish it in a journal.
If you are interested in becoming a research associate / PhD student with us, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss possible options to optimize the focus of your thesis.
In exceptional cases, we can take on the supervision of external theses if the topic of the thesis is in line with our research interests. Please note that we do not accept non-disclosure of theses. Please address requests for external theses to Robert Feldmann

Your Workplace at the SAM

Our Bachelor's and Master's students have the option of working on their thesis in our modern student room.
You benefit from the proximity to the acoustics labs and a better exchange with other students, your supervisor and the PhD students.
In consultation with your supervisor, you can use the SAM coffee machine. The SAM kitchen is open to you as long as you follow a few basic rules.
Taking breaks is important – there are two bean bags and a table football table in the student room for you to relax.
